About the room
This is a short-term rental from December to April (dates can be discussed). You will have a furnished room in a shared century house with a large property in downtown Collingwood. There will be one other tenant here for about 80% of the time and I myself will also be here for the beginning of December. There is high-speed internet, A/C, heating, full kitchen, hot tub, outdoor sitting area, hammock and it is walking distance to most places in town. I am looking to rent two rooms for the period I am away, however, if you are looking for longer term, one bedroom is available, sharing only with myself.
About the roomies
I own the home and will be away from mid-December to the end of March . One other roomie will be here. The house is pretty and cosy and has everything you could need, and the yard is beautiful and relaxing.
