About the room
This is a short-term rental from August to December (dates can be discussed). You will have a furnished room in a shared century house with a large property in downtown Collingwood. There will be one other tenant here for about 80% of the time and I myself will also be here for November/December. There is high-speed internet, A/C, heating, full kitchen, hot tub, outdoor sitting area, hammock and it is walking distance to most places in town.
About the roomies
I own the home and will be away from August to the end of October. One other roomie will be here, she is a 24 year old server who is tidy, fun and very respectful. The house is pretty and cosy and has everything you could need, and the yard is beautiful and relaxing.
