One bedroom available in a four bedroom townhouse footsteps away from Uptown. The room is on the top floor, it is 10ftx12ft with a large closet and a small step out balcony. Bathroom is accessible from the room but is also accessible from the hallway for the other rooms on the top floor. One other room on the top floor will also be rented and with whom the bathroom will be shared. Please inquire for more information (a separate ad is posted for it).

Close to major bus routes heading to Uvic, Royal Roads and both Camosun campuses. As mentioned Uptown is just across the street so all amenities are close by. Galloping goose is also very close by.

Main floor of the home has the living room, dining room, kitchen, and laundry. Main floor is furnished. Stove is induction and pots and pans are provided. Utilities can be discussed when we meet.

The lower floor is where the homeowners stay. There is a bathroom downstairs for the homeowners only. The garage is downstairs as well and can be made available for storage upon discussion.

No pets allowed. Street parking is available.

My husband and I (we also have a dog) own the home and will be coming and going from the home primarily on weekends only. (Friday night to Monday morning). We will rarely be seen so you will be sharing the home primarily with the other tenant in the house.

As it is a townhouse, we are looking for a non-smoking and quiet tenant (no parties). Quiet time is 11pm-7am and the property is non smoking (strata bylaws).
