$1450 per month (all-inclusive). Rent negotiable for good tenant. We have one queen size bed if required. No visitors/ parties allowed in room. Condominium has its own party room available. Required documents-Job letter, 2 recent pay stubs and credit bureau report. Kitchen will be shared (individuals who cook less would be preferred).
