Beautiful apartment located in the district of Verdun in Montreal. 7 minutes by bus or 15 minutes on foot from Verdun metro station, 15 minutes on foot from the very lively Wellington Street offering shops, restaurants and bars. The best: less than a minute’s walk from a huge linear park bordering the St. Lawrence River. Ideal for active people and those who want to be in the city while still being close to nature!

The apartment: the person has access to a closed bedroom, private bathroom, kitchen, living room, dining room and an office. Everything is included: furniture, appliances, heating/electricity and Internet!!

IMPORTANT: we are looking for a calm, respectful and responsible person for the place and the neighborhood. A background check will be required. The person must agree to sign a rental agreement as well as an appendix containing rules (nothing excessive, just to ensure everyone’s well-being!).

My partner and I (a professor and criminologist by profession) are two happy, simple and adventurous people.

IMPORTANT: From September 2024 to February 2025, we will be VERY little present in the apartment since we will be working out of the city. The roomie will almost consider that they live alone. Ideal for people looking for privacy, peace and quiet.
