This spacious, carpeted room with an ensuite bathroom is available in a friendly and quiet family neighborhood in Northwest, close to the University of Calgary. The room features extra large windows for plenty of sunlight, a large storage room, and shared access to a fully equipped kitchen. In-suite laundry facilities and plenty of street parking add to the convenience.

Included in the rent are high-speed internet, heating, water, electricity, and window blinds. An outdoor parking stall is also provided. For an additional price, you can access a big, spacious, fully carpeted living room in the basement. The location is ideal, with a bus stop right outside the house and walkable access to Crowfoot LRT, shopping centers, and a park.

This room is perfect for working professionals, students, or anyone looking for a comfortable and peaceful living environment. Please note that smoking and drugs are strictly prohibited, and no pets are allowed. If you want to share the space with someone, an additional charge applies, with a maximum of two people allowed. Background and reference checks will be conducted.

We are a vegetarian couple who live upstairs, no pets or children. We live a very quiet life, yoga healthy eating, morning people. Would ideally prefer a roommate with a similar lifestyle, but not mandatory as long as you are respectful, clean and neat.
