Located in the heart of the Fashion District, this new building on Portland St is steps from the TTC, PATH system, fine dining, nightlife, art and culture, grocery stores and shopping. The unit is a 3 bedroom, two bathroom unit (1019 sq. ft) to be shared between 2 people. You will have your own bathroom and will also have access to the balcony from your bedroom. The condo is brand new and has never been lived in before so you can furnish your bedroom to your taste.

You will be sharing the 3 BDR condo with me. I’m an ex-corporate lawyer (had to save my soul!) who is currently focussing on my passion (creating art) while working with an insurance company to pay my bills.

I will be leasing the condo unit directly from my sister (the owner) and will be entering into a roommate agreement with you. Aside from art, I’m very into fitness and health and mostly have a full routine (between my office job, gym and painting). I enjoy being outdoors and socialising but also love my personal time just as much (if not more!).
