The room is quite spacious on the second floor with thick concrete walls that block most of the noise from neighbors and outside. The apartment is furnished with a fully equipped kitchen, living room, and even a balcony. Parking and wifi are both available if needed. In a great area that’s less than a 10-minute walk from the nearest LRT, grocery store, and bus stop.

I am currently a student studying geoscience at the UofA. I am quiet and keep to myself, mostly a homebody when I can be, but I spend a lot of my time on campus.
