I am subletting my room in Sandy Hill for a month (August 1st to 31st). Everything is included, it will come furnished, and you have a private entrance from the back of the house. There are two girls upstairs, you’ll share the bathroom with a girl on the same floor, and the laundry is in the basement. The kitchen is shared.

Rent is usually 620$, discounting it since no extension is possible after Aug 31st.

Most of us are students/ recent grads of uottawa. I am moving out and won’t need that last month of my lease. The vibe in the house is pretty chill, but everyone is mostly busy on their own, so it’s mostly quiet.
