About the room
The master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed. Will have a desk and office chair as well. There’s a huge closet and 2 windows. Current pics are of in a state of getting ready to move lol Laundry in the basement.
10 min walk to Guildwood GO, bus stop to Kennedy station is at the corner.
Have rented to many travelers and international students, we can do a video call viewing or an in person viewing. Wifi, laundry, and utilities are all included as well as toiletries (toilet paper, paper towels, cleaning products, shampoo/conditioner, toothpaste, mouthwash, linens and towels)
Monthly rent also includes the cleaning service that cleans the shared spaces once every 10 days Short term welcome Couples are welcome and there is also an option to include food for students
About the roomies
Roomies.. 3 males, all tidy, pretty to themselves, one works in banking the other is retired and one is a content creator. Also 10 month old friendly maine coon cat
Shared spaces are … Kitchen and 1.5 bathrooms and the backyard with a BBQ and patio furniture, also some storage space in the basement.
