I’m seeking someone interested in renting a property at either 35 Rolling Mills Rd or 180 Mill St. (I currently live here; it’s the same condo with different entrances.) The area is very chill and clean, and it’s just a 5-minute walk from the Distillery District.

I’m looking for a space with 2 washrooms and 2 bedrooms, with an average rent of $3000, though it may be less or vary a bit depending on utilities. I’m planning to move out in October but am open to moving as early as September 1st. Ideally, I’d love to find someone who can keep common areas clean, get along well, and respect each other.
