Alejandra's room

Hi yall! I have a free room in my apartment, and I am looking for someone to take it for September 1st or mid August. The rent is 976 per month, plus 30 for the electricity (this obviously can go up or down depending on usage).

The place is next to La Salle metro station (green line). The location is great thanks to being close to the metro. Getting downtown takes 12 minutes and many bus routes are next to the apartment.

The living areas are furnished, and my current roommate is interested in selling her furniture if you want it.

The apartment has a terrace and a balcony, and gets lots of sunlight during the day. It is on the third floor of a triplex, so there is no noise from upstairs neighbors.

We are close to Wellington street, with lots of coffee shops, restaurants, bars, supermarkets, and clothing stores. There is also park Arthur Therrien quite close, with tennis courts, basketball hoops, a skateboard park, and a public pool. Getting to Verdun Beach is also just a 15 minute walk away.

I am a 21 year old university student. I like cooking, baking, reading, and watching movies. I would like someone that also takes care of the apartment, and if you are up to movie/dinner nights every now and then it would be perfect!
