First and last months rent required. $1,200 per month, this includes internet and cable. Parking can be made available at an additional $150 per month (totalling $1350 per month). Can be available for August 1st or September 1st the latest. No Pets allowed. Laundry on premises.
Must be willing to provide proof of income and pass a criminal background check.
