This property is located in a beautiful cul-de-sac of family homes, and is a 10 minute walk to Mill Cove Sobeys, NSLC, bus stop, and the “coming soon” Mill Cove Ferry to downtown Halifax.

We have 3 bedrooms ( 2 upstairs .. 1 xl bedroom in basement) available for rent.

All bedrooms will be tastefully furnished with NEWLY purchased Mattresses, NEW bed, new bedding, dresser, and desk. ( We will be doing some upgrades such as lighting, fresh paint, window treatments, etc in the coming weeks). (Photos are realtor photos)

Shared bathrooms, shared kitchen and shared Laundry. The soon to be newly installed central AC will keep you cool on the hot days !

The kitchen will be fully stocked with cooking essentials ( Pots, pans, dishes, coffee maker, Keurig, Toaster), spices, etc . The kitchen has new stainless steel appliances, and access to the beautiful backyard deck.

We hope to have the driveway widened to accommodate 2 cars. (with 1 in garage and 2 in driveway during snow events). There is also street parking throughout the neighbourhood.

Tenants must be respectful of the quiet neighbourhood .. no pets, no smoking, no vaping, no parties on property. Must show proof of tenant insurance. (usually very cheap).

1 year lease preferred . Occupancy Set 01, 2024 or possible a week earlier for a pro-rated cost ( $275.00 a week) Students mat require co-signing by parents / guardian .

Our 21 year old daughter is a student at MSVU and she will occupy one of the bedrooms.
