My place is a 1 + 1 condo and the main bedroom is available for a roomie. The room is fully furnished with a queen sized bed, bedside tables, lamps, desk and chair, bookshelf and a big walk-in closet. Roommate can comfortably work from home in the room as it is private and quiet.

There is a laundry room with washer/dryer and some storage space. Bills are inclusive with internet available, as well as a furnished living room with television and dining room.

It’s a great location close to both the Eglinton GO and Guildwood GO stations and about 20 minutes bus ride from Kennedy station to Line 2 subway.

I am a woman, I live alone and work from home. We will get along well, and I’m open to showing you around the neighbourhood!
