4 bedroom 2 bathroom unit in a house in Casa Loma area with beautiful kitchen, stainless steel appliances, open concept dining room + living rooms (2 of them), hardwood floors, and extra storage (walk in closet and large closets). Rent is based on which bedroom you want because the sizes vary; $975, $1075, $1125 and $1225 from smallest to biggest. Once I’ve found 3 more people, we can discuss and change the rent prices as long as it adds up to the total rent amount. 2 full bathrooms including one with a shower and other with a bathtub. Onsite laundry in unit. There’s also a balcony and one parking spot.
