Location: King and Dufferin. TTC stop right at the front. Next to Liberty Village and West Queen West, close to the lake and Roncesvalles, grocery stores (NoFrills, Fresco, Metro, Longos, local grocers)

Rental terms: at least 1 year roommate agreement

Relationship to unit: Current leaseholder

Requirement documents: First and last month’s rent deposit, 3 month pay slips, background check and signed rommate agreement
