I’m looking for two female roommates with stable finances to come live with me and my two cats!

This beautiful apartment is a 5 1/2 in Côtes-des-Nieges, 5min away from metro Côtes-St-Catherine (orange line), and right across the Mackenzie/Rizal Parc on Côtes-St-Catherine.

It is on the top floor so it has lots of light and is very quiet! There is a kitchen with all the appliances, living room, two bathrooms, one bathtub with heated flooring, and a fire escape balcony. It comes with central heating/AC too.

Rent for the two smaller rooms would be approx. 845$ everything included, starting in September.

Bedrooms are unfurnished but the living room and kitchen are furnished with a pull out couch, TV and kitchen table.

Je cherche deux colocataires femmes avec des finances stables pour venir vivre avec moi et mes deux chats ! Ce bel appartement est un 5 1/2 à Côtes-des-Nieges, à 5min du métro Côtes-St.Catherine (ligne orange), et juste en face du Parc Mackenzie/Rizal sur Côtes-St.Catherine.

L’appartement est situé au dernier étage, il est donc très lumineux et très calme ! Il y a une cuisine avec tous les appareils, un salon, deux salles de bains, une baignoire avec un sol chauffant, et un balcon avec une issue de secours. Il y a aussi le chauffage central et l’air conditionné.

Il serait de 845$ (hydro + internet inclus). La date d’emménagement est le 1er sept.

Les chambres ne sont pas meublées mais j’ai des meubles pour le salon et la cuisine.

I am 33 years old, working professional as a Bookkeeper and Artist. My two cats are Cleo (white) and Frankie (black). Ideally, I would like to find roommates who are around the same age.

I am more introverted so I like to take time to recharge. I like my homespace to be calm and restful. I often do yoga and meditate. I don’t have many people over but can from time to time. I can be social too and hang out, watch shows, and have dinner together!

Je suis plutôt introverti et j’aime prendre le temps de me ressourcer. J’aime que mon espace domestique soit calme et reposant. Je fais souvent du yoga et de la méditation. Je ne reçois pas beaucoup de monde, mais je peux le faire de temps en temps. Je peux aussi être sociable et passer du temps ensemble, regarder des émissions et dîner ensemble !
