Requirements for roommates: Cleanliness and hygiene a must, please be respectful as it’s been shared by others as well, clean your area after you have used right away so next person can use such as Kitchen, laundry, washroom.We share and we care for each other !! No party no smoking !! Two months rent to be paid (first and last month )
