Good sized bedroom with a closet on the upper floor, fits a queen bed and bedside tables and a dresser. Shared bathroom but it is one of 3 so there is still a lot of privacy. Lots of storage in the garage and basement if you need it!

About the roomies
I am a single working mom and I split custody with my ex-husband so my 4 year old son will be there 50% of the time. The townhouse is 3 bedroom and 3 bathrooms so there is lots of space. A small outdoor area, parking and right on a bus route. Looking for someone to help with the rent, someone who is nice and respectful. :)
