3 bedroom second story in a townhouse. Location can’t be beat, steps away from Spadina, Queen W, College, and Bathurst Street, amazing restaurants and bars, best independent grocers in the city, Freshco, Rexall and Shoppers, loads and loads of shopping and entertainment, the world is literally at your fingertips in this walkable paradise! :)

Each room is $1100 monthly all inclusive. Will be unfurnished. Shared kitchen and bathroom, with housekeeping chores on a rotating schedule. Your choice of two different coin laundromats just down the street, and access to front patio. 420 friendly, possibly cat/small animal friendly (can be a discussion).

Little about me - 22, third-year student at TMU and out of the house for work usually 4/5 days a week. I’m studying Fashion Design, so I’d love to find a roomie with similar creative interests! I would prefer to live with two other girls, but am open to anyone if we vibe. I really value a tidy space and generally keep to myself, but would also love to meet people I could get along with, run errands together, catch a movie etc :) I’m super easygoing as long as we all respect each other and the space <3
