Each unit has 5 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a common area, and a kitchen. Coin Laundry is shared between both units.
The property is a completely refurbished bungalow/split level house which is much bigger than it looks from the outside.
There are 6 parking spots at the house for students to use for free.

- Unit B (all girl) has 2 rooms available for $850/room (utilities included except internet shared by unit).
Note: only 1 student allowed per room.
