About the room
One bedroom available from June 1, 2025 in a half duplex with AC and detached garage. Most vehicles can park in the garage unless you drive a truck lol. Located on the west end of Edmonton, close to Safeway, Save on foods, banks, Costco, etc.
Looking for a respectful, clean and non smoking roommate. Communication is the KEY!
There is a bedroom upstairs with a separate bathroom, or you can choose to stay in the basement with your own living room, bedroom and bathroom.
The room is unfurnished but can be furnished with an additional cost. You and I will be sharing the kitchen and main floor living room. $900 per month including utilities and Internet. Minimum 6-month lease.
About the roomies
A little bit about myself, I am an easy-going electrical engineer with some hobbies including travelling, photographing, camping, hiking, skiing, etc. In my spare time, I tend to hang out with friends or listen to music and watch YouTube videos. I do not use cannabis products but I am 420 friendly.
