About the room
The property is a charming house built in 1910. Across the street from Stampede grounds, BMO Centre and Victoria Park C Train Station. Trendy 17th Ave a block over, and a short walk to the Calgary Tower and Stephen Avenue and anything you could need downtown. The room is very small. Twin bed largest that can fit. You have your own private second balcony as big as the room. Please only respond if you are ok with downtown noise. You do adjust after a bit. Laundry and dryer in basement, storage, and everything you need in the kitchen to cook or bake. Room is not furnished, but the rest of the house is.
About the roomies
There is three of us here currently. Myself in one room and a couple in the other. We are all very nice people and mostly work or keep to ourselves. There is a cat here. He is very very friendly but we are not looking for any other pets in the house. We act as a team and have a chill household.
