The current tenants sharing the home are all friends and Uvic Students, a mix of male and female. They are easy going, welcoming, studious, and relatively quiet. They do occasionally enjoy having a gathering of friends and are ok with visitors to the house, many of them enjoy playing video games in their spare time.
