2 bedroom, 1 bathroom second-floor walkup apartment in Bankview, SW. The apartment is fully renovated with a large kitchen, an island and a dishwasher. It also has a combo washer/dryer in the suite, with 2 additional washer & dryers in the building free of charge. South-facing living room windows and balcony. The second bedroom is a decent size with a large closet. The bedroom is unfurnished but the rest of the apartment is furnished. The price of the room includes electricity and internet, and there is street parking.

I’m a 28-year-old female currently going to MRU and working as a bartender. I love cooking, reading, and watching a good movie or tv show. I’m mostly a homebody, especially during the year while I’m in school, but I do also enjoy going out. I value having a clean, tidy, cozy, and comfortable home. Mutual respect and good communication are extremely important to me and I hope to find a roommate who I get along well with and can become friends with. I do also have 2 cats who are very affectionate, but unfortunately my older cat doesn’t get along well with other animals.
