This is a house located a few minutes (under 5 min) out of Cranbrook. It is shared with the owner who is away most of the winter. There is one other roommate who is related to the owner, she is not always there. You will often have the house to yourself. A vehicle is required as there is no transit. The master bedroom is available with a large private ensuite. If you want a lower rent there is one smaller room wiith a shared bathroom, it is 850.00. There is only one room available, either one. It can be furnished or partly furnished. Laundry facilities included. No smoking. No cannabis. No parties. No overnight guests. A background check will be required.
