Laundry, Living room, kitchen, and patio will be shared space. There is a strict NO SMOKING policy. The bus loop is close by 8-10 min walk and shopping is only a 5 minute drive away. There is also free parking available on the street. Utilities such as hydro, WiFi, and laundry are included.
