• Several rooms (Room A and B at $900/month each, and Room C with two people sharing at $800/month per person) available in quiet, modern, and secure Greenwood Park (address 612 Walters St.).  

• Rent includes electricity, water, heating, AC, internet, and security system.

• Shared washroom, laundry (washer/dryer), kitchen, dining room, living room, study area, yard.

• No smoking, drinking, drugging.  No partying, pets, pests.  For serious students only.

To Queens students: 

• Able to rent out until graduation (example first years sign up for four years rent, no annual rent increase, no subletting).  One way bus stop (601) directly to Queens/KGH is 20-25 minutes away, which is no different when in second year out of residence and is safer by public transit.

For details and viewing, please prepare to provide the following: 1. Record of Queens enrolment letter. 2. Record of report card/transcript. 3. One piece of photo ID. 4. One self portrait for verification. 5. Brief introduction about yourself. Provide at least 2x character references. Thank you for your attention to these details.
