Basement suite available with own bathroom and shower. There is a desk area, gas fireplace and area to keep mini fridge and microwave. The laundry is shared. Clean and lovely home. No smoking or drug use. Also no heavy drinking. Willing to share nice outdoor space as well. Kitchen can also be shared upstairs.
About the roomies
Single mom in 40’s with 2 kids ages 11 and 7. We are respectful living companions with good boundaries. Kids are away every weekend and I also travel a lot. I prefer conscious and healthy individuals with good vibes and easy to get along with. Willing to reduce rent by $350 per month in exchange for 2 evenings a week child care.
