No smoking or drug use. Also no heavy drinking. Willing to share nice outdoor space as well. Kitchen can also be shared upstairs.
About the roomies
Single mom in 40’s with 2 kids ages 11 and 7. We are respectful living companions with good boundaries. Kids are away every weekend and I also travel a lot. I prefer conscious and healthy individuals with good vibes and easy to get along with. Willing to reduce rent by $350 per month in exchange for 2 evenings a week child care.
