About the room
Located on the Comox-Chilco Bikeway less than two blocks from Stanley Park, Beach Avenue, and transit on Denman Street. Pet-friendly building; however the apartment is full up with two dogs for a total of 16 lbs. who are quiet and respectful and adorable who will stay out of your way and out of your room. The apartment is very bright with lots of windows, hummingbirds visiting your feeder, great neighbours, and on-site manager. There is a locking door to this “micro-lounge” with A.C., 50 in. TV Netflix/Disney+ /Prime, six drawer dresser, large floor to ceiling clothing closet and linen closet is also in the room. Room has a 4x2 ft. electric sit/stand desk with uber ergonomically-adjustable office chair for work or study and double adjustable bed with new Dream Cloud mattress. Kitchen has a big bright window with direct sun into the afternoon, A.C., table for two and full size fridge. There is very private access moving from room to bath to kitchen to exit. Blue bins under air conditioner can be used or removed. Currently in the process of painting so more pics to come.
About the roomies
Easing into early retirement I work at home quietly with headset on. Usually out with two very small dogs recreating or glued to a screen with headset on. Not a gamer just a watcher. I like to keep a shiny bathroom and kitchen counters without crumbs :) I still ride my HD Forty-Eight (quietly) to do errands (dogs in tow) and car camp in the rain in Tofino. I’ve had a 19 year old girl stay as a guest on my couch for three months and also a senior male friend for a month if you’d like references. However they were sleeping on the couch in the living room and not the uber chill micro-lounge LOL. I prefer no overnight guests because we’ll be living in a space the size of a luxury RV, but of course family and out of towners welcome. Simple.
