Newly renovated 2 bedroom apartment rented by two current Sheridan College students, one female one male. Interested students may rent either the living room space ($630) or the private bedroom ($920). Sizes are similar for both spaces. We’re looking for a roommate who’s tidy and communicative.

The apartment is located conveniently next to campus. It includes a 3 piece bathroom, balcony, fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher, etc. Even though the living room will be occupied, there will still be a nice common area and a dining room as well.
