Includes in suite laundry, Telus fibre GB internet and all utilities. Plenty of street parking. - You can seek out and rent a parking stall in the building if you choose (at your own expense)

Everything you need is in walking distance, grocery stores, restaurants, and amenities. Close to transit center, including the west coast express, the bus stop is in front of the building. Located on the Coquitlam River, with miles of pathways and many areas where you can swim and enjoy the water.

Looking for a clean, responsible, single person. I need someone to help me take care of my dog as I have an hectic work schedule and occasionally for personal reasons. I am looking at someone who wants to stay long term as adjusting to new roommates (and them leaving) is stressful for Moxxi.

Open to one additional well behaved dog - that my dog and I would have to meet ahead of time. Strata limits the number of dogs to two per unit. No aggressive dogs. Additional pet deposit of $500 would be required. The river provides lots of options for your dog including swimming. There are also a few dog parks in the area.

I work in the film industry, I can work very long days. I am quiet and clean person. I go for walks/hikes, paddleboarding. I play video games, board games, watch T.V, and have a myriad of hobbies.

My Dog Moxxi is a 4 year old rescue, very sweet, loves to cuddle and nap. She loves running, swimming, treats and laying in sunbeams.
