My apartment is the upper unit (2nd floor + finished attic) in an air conditioned house that has been converted to a duplex. The 1st floor has 2 small bedrooms, bathroom, and an open concept kitchen and living space. The kitchen has a fridge, stove, and freezer. Laundry is available in the unit.

I am looking to sublet the finished attic (15 x 22 ft or 330 sqft) for $1200. You can pick your move in date and duration of stay, I’m flexible. Furniture and food can be worked out, just ask. We will share the common areas of the apartment: kitchen, living room, bathroom, porch.

The building is non-smoking, but there is a large front porch if you 420. There is a municipal lot 1 block away if you require a parking space, there are no spots available on the property.

Ideally looking for another working professional that is also looking to save some money, though students and others are welcome. Please be open-minded/tolerant. I have friends in the queer community that will visit regularly.

I do an interview with potential roommates before showing the place. We can do that online or in person.

I am a quiet working professional. I’m reasonably clean and tidy a bit disorganized when I’m busy. I expect roommate(s) to do an equal share of the chores, on average.

Some days I like to be social, others I keep to myself. I love games, gardening, art, and cooking. I like my home to be a restful and welcoming place. Happy to host small groups of guests that are respectful, but not large parties.
