Good neibourhood , big back yard , close to amenities and stores, room is downstairs seperate from the other 2 rooms.

Ok so place is a house it’s 3bedroom 1 bathroom the room I’m looking to rent is the room downstairs little more private but you also welcome to use living room area and obviously kitchen and bathroom are shared as well. There is washer and dryer in kitchen area. Back yard is quite large as well. Had girlfriend and her son here but they have gone back to maple ridge to her dads and will be staying out there for school for her and her son. So that leaves me with this house. I really enjoy having space for all my tools. I work pretty much everyday from sun up to sun down and when im home usually will be doing tool maintenance, house maintenance or on my computer in my room. I understand splitting rent with someone probably not feasible unless I have known them for a while or something. Anyways if your still interested in checking it out I can do one room 1000$ a month all in that includes internet and hydro. I pay 2575$ plus hydro and internet to give u idea and will not be renting out any other rooms
