Utilities: All included (water, heat, electricity, and internet) Each floor has its own laundry room for added convenience. Indoor parking is available for extra fee.

About Me: I’m in my late 20s, working full-time with a very routine living habit. I love cooking and reading. I’m very responsible, nice, and tend to keep to myself. Not an extroverted person but a good listener. Tidy but not obsessively clean. My previous roommate and I lived here for 2 years and we loved it; she only moved out due to a career change. I’m allergic to most pets, so unfortunately, no furry friends.

Looking For: A clean and responsible female roommate, ideally a student or young professional. No couples, please.
