private room and bathroom in a really pretty and cozy apartment in downtown! 3-5 mins walking distance from bus number 9! 10 minutes walking from Bay Enterprise station and Jasper ave! Great neighbourhood on 104street, but still relatively quiet! The building is VERY secure only accessible inside and in the elevator with the fob! Close to the farmers market! we have so many plants and a couple fishies and we’re looking for a new friend to share our home with :) laundry in suit is SUPER neat and AC in hot summer days WILL save all of us! we have a pretty and cozy balcony too:) we have a gym! Rooftop patio! Our kitchen includes all appliances (including a dishwasher), we can do 6 month lease as well:)
