I’m living in a brand new building in Bankview, 2-BDRM, 2 bath. Option for the Master bdrm if preferred (private bathroom). Looking for clean, responsible, easy going (normal) roommate. Not in a big rush, but with high costs of living would like a roommate to help share as I finish out this lease. My lease is until May 1st next year, you would need to get approved by the building and cosign the remainder. Option to resign after.

Super close to downtown and marda loop, beautiful downtown view from Balcony. Gym, social room, on-suite laundry, dishwasher, dog’s run (pet fee is 35/mo. I like dogs, allergic to cats). It’s a great building. I work in medical, do yoga, cook a lot (I teach cooking classes, and am a dietitian.) Lots of plants, mini BBQ, big TV and couch etc. Any questions just ask.

I work full time at a medical clinic, and in private practice as a dietitian/chef doing consulting and international cooking classes. I am also a yoga teacher, but don’t teach much. I do practice often, and do this on my lunch breaks in the living room (hope that’s not an issue).

Just me here. Well travelled, academic guy who also likes to relax for a drinks, cook nice meals. I speak English and German. Any questions, just ask!
