Property hosts large, fully fenced backyard and covered gazebo (with patio furniture) perfect for entertaining. Shared bathroom between 2 people. Two rooms available for rent, no couples please. Tenants must be ok with dogs as there are two barbets which are super friendly and hypoallergenic. Street parking available. Access to both Anderson and Southland train stations is within 5-10 minute drive and bus access on Braeside Drive. Close to shopping and other amenities.
