Looking for a roommate. Very new and beautiful townhouse in immaculate condition with air purifier, large kitchen with island and new stainless steel appliances, spacious living room, high ceilings. Small backyard for BBQ grill and entertaining. Lovely, quiet community. The large master bedroom would be yours with full ensuite bathroom and huge walk-in closet. Upper floor laundry. Utilities are 50%. My current roommate’s 8 year old daughter lives here roughly half the time. He’s who’s living here, and would be your roommate.
