Young Street

all i can say with the limited time of been here its a big house with lots of storage. it has a high effeciency gas furnace newer cupboards and 1 very large bed room and a couple of smaller ones thats about where the good parts end ill start with the landlord who is a fuctard of epic proportions the back door has 2 locks and while you can use one or the other neither works very well i have o use a 2x4 wedged against it and my lawnmower as a lock!! if you dont mind being constantly broken into or not leaving anything outside at all and going outside to pick up garbage and needles everyday this is your place. while the house looks good and is comfortable the wiring is shoddy very few wall plugs work and the ones that do is on a single breaker the lights and everything is on one breaker including the fridge. so if you run say a vaccuum and a heater( you need one upstairs in the winter) the breaker will trip and this happens multiple times a day in the winter. the house is 222 young street so dont make the mistake i made moving here im moving out asap.

my roommate moved out see above for the reasons and im moving out of here as soon as i can the landlord is the worst one i have ever had the area is terrible and the house has shoddy wiring and a leaning foundation i will be going to the city about this and it will be condemned and that slumlord will be exposed dont rent anything from him he has lots of properties and likely treats all of them like he treats this place-bad.i cant say his name in here but i will give his name by email he is a slumlord period.
