You will have the basement, it’s a large space and there are screens for privacy but limited windows. The room is furnished by things can be moved to storage as well. The basement has the half bath as their primary, with shower upstairs.
The house is near downtown, 1 min away from bus route (3,5,16, 92) to Western and downtown, and 36 min by bus to Fanshawe.
Available by Aug 1 (flexible).

I am kind, respectful, and love music, crafts, camping, and just hanging out. Looking for a good fit. There is a female roommate upstairs as well. (Total of 3 people in house when all rooms filled)
