The room itself measures 10’x10’ and window looks out to some trees, lots of music in the morning from the birds. There are bus stops across the street, kitty corner from the building, lots of street parking, walking paths, parks and nature nearby. Must like cats as I have two I am not opposed to someone with a small, trained dog must have it licensed as the condo board requires it. The room is unfurnished but if you require furniture, that can be arranged. Social drinking, lgbtq, & 420 friendly (outdoors). No smoking home.

I am disabled and soon to retire so I am home a lot of the time. I enjoy reading, watching tv, playing computer games, my apartment (I’m a bit of a homebody), cooking, swimming, I love all kinds of music, talking to my cats and I am hoping to get into some van camping this summer.
