Hi everyone!

I have a nice room available for rent in a 2 bed 2 bath apartment, downtown on Robson street! Looking for a female roommate. Bills are split 50/50. Looking for someone to move in August 1st.

Unfortunately the landlord does not allow pets, and no couples, Sorry!

Room: Big room, with access to the balcony, lots of natural light, with semi private bathroom. (It’s your own bathroom unless we have friends over). It can be unfurnished or furnished, My roommate is willing to sell her furniture that she has in the room right now if you would like it furnished.

Apartment features: full kitchen, dishwasher, in suite laundry, lots of natural light from beautiful big windows, a balcony.

Building features: gym, hot tub, media room, party room, secure entry.

A bit about me: I am a 30 year old working professional. I currently work from home. I am clean, kind, friendly, and respectful. I am a bit more introverted and enjoy spending time at home, however I do like a Netflix’s and wine night or the occasional night out but I’m mostly a grandma haha

Unfortunately, I am sensitive to smells so you can’t cook fish, hard/soft boiled eggs, egg salad or boiling meat/bones.
