Bedroom for rent is photos 2 and 3. It’s a spacious room with 2 closets. Apartment has a working washer and dryer, large shared balcony, and tons of natural lighting. Second floor apartment with upstairs neighbours, and businesses below it. Apartment is off of mont royal and there’s a bar across the street that can have night noise.

Looking for someone that’s tidy, likes dogs (you’ll live with a small friendly dog), doesn’t have pets (in the lease only my dog is allowed), mature, and lgbtqia+ friendly. The apartment is cannabis friendly on the balcony, not inside the apartment.
