The best part of the place is the building itself and it’s “community feeling”. It’s very special - people are genuinely really nice to each other. There are tons of social activities. There is also a concierge service.

The building’s culture is the ongoing planning and organizing of events. Movie night, chef presentation, pop-up store, BBQ event, stand-up comedy, fitness workshop, dog behaviour conference, art workshop, wine & cheese, music jam session, and so much more.
