I’m a very responsible and professional male from . I’m living a happy life by myself and I am posting a beautiful room in my 1 bedroom apartment for rent. It’s a very classy and clean bedroom furnished and has 2 big closets. I painted all doors , walls and ceilings last year including the bathroom and the kitchen and I fixed my huge balcony too. Looking for a cheerful, very clean and nice going person to enjoy our stay together. The price doesn’t include Internet and Hydro. Personally I use my phone data for connecting to social media or even for my digital work. If you want to install internet you can do it on your own expenses. Parking is available and I can arrange it for you for extra cost (about $120/month). Background check and history of rent are mandatory. International students males or females are welcome too. The area is very safe and all my neighbours are great. No party and no overnight sleeping allaowed for other persons rather than the roommate. Only serious inquires please. Ben
