About the room
It is a basement apartment in a good neighbourhood. There is shared parking in the driveway. We would share 2 spots in line with each other. The entire backyard is ours. Shared laundry with upstairs. With me, in the basement there is a shared kitchen and living room that are furnished. Also a shared bathroom.
About the roomies
I will be relatively quiet and keep to myself unless there is a bond made with roommate in which I will frequent shared space more. I like watching movies and playing video games.
