This is a private room and private full bathroom. I live alone in the apartment in the other bedroom and full bathroom. The apartment has in suite laundry and beautiful balcony and courtyard greenspace. Free street parking or paid underground parking available! This building is right beside MRU and is the 5th safest in Calgary. I have lived here for 1 year and would am committed to staying here for at least 2 more years.

About the roomies

I am a single graduate student at the U of C but I also work full time at MRU. I love to cook tasty meal and enjoy the balcony in the summer. I rarely drink and prefer to socialize outside of the house than inside. I enjoy video games and cozy movies in my downtime.
