Balcony: medium balcony with BBQ and chairs, and greenery.
Parking: Lot parking outdoors
Kitchen: Everything you need. Access to main fridge/freezer/pantry.
Nearby: Sobeys grocery, shoppers drug mart, several restaurants, stores and medical clinics within walking distance. Approx 25min to the airport. We’re looking for a longer-term occupant, ideally start 6 months and review after that.
About the roomies
About us: We are a 38 yr. old couple looking for a roommate to share our home. We are quiet, don’t party and work a lot. We have 2 cats, and a Frenchie(small dog) so must be good with pets, but unfortunately not have any yourself. The building is pretty quiet overall and were looking for someone who appreciates and maintains that quiet. We value a tidy and easy living environment. All occupants must contribute to general cleanliness and upkeep of common areas both inside and outside. Must abide by the condo rules (which are pretty standard).
