Hi All! Looking for a young female professional or student (like myself) to become my new roommate, in my 4-bedroom house. My roommate will be moving away with her partner, so I am looking for another wonderful person to share my home. My roommate will take the main bathroom of the house and one bedroom. The house has a shared gym. More details are below:
Location: Sheppard and Birchmount (TTC and grocery stores are within walking distance)
Rent: $1,100.00 (per month)
Utilities: $85.00 (per month)
Rental Unit: One furnished private bedroom and private main bathroom
Shared areas: large kitchen, fridge, laundry room, home office, gym, etc.
Amenities: Backyard
Pets: No pets preferred as I have a cat and he may not do well with other animals.
No smoking or vaping: I am very sensitive to smells so someone who smokes or vapes would not be compatible with me.
Requirements: -6 month Roommate agreement -Proof of income -Proof of employment -Good Credit Score -First and Last Months rent ($2,200)
More about me: I am a young female professional working in the non-profit field. My office is 15 minutes away from home, but work hybrid. During my free time, I enjoy all kinds of outdoor activities and form part of the tennis club just down the road from the house. I am not a party person and prefer someone who is quiet and does not like to have different people over constantly. However, I do like to have friends over around once a month or less and like to plan ahead and communicate this to my roommate. Although I am not super organized in my room, all common areas must be as clean as possible at all times. I am really looking for someone who is clean in general and does not necessarily need a strict cleaning schedule.
